Describing a "Good" writing

Even writing a short paragragh of writing, there are lots of rules to follow. For a "good" writing, we have to arrange the letters and contents in order. We have to make sure that the grammar, capitalization,spelling and the substances are fitting with the topic. However in my opinion, for write a "good" writing, the most important thing is getting attention from the audiences. And make them sympathize to the writing. Also we have to check the writing after we write. Making sure that mistakes are not exist. When we read a example of good writings, we can notice that the writing moves our mind. It's because of good example and sympathizing sentences.
